About Live So Well
Strong in body. Deep in faith. Ready for what’s next.
I help women who are craving more—more energy, more peace, more purpose—strengthen their bodies and deepen their faith as they rise into the life God is calling them to.
The name
Leve så vel—live so well.
That’s what my grandmother would say in Norwegian. She embodied the words, living well for her faith, her family, and all who stepped into her 98 years on this earth. She was bigger than life, and the evidence of her imprint continues today.
Her example shaped a simple conviction: health is not merely the absence of a diagnosis. It is the capacity to love, serve, participate, and live with purpose.

My story
Hi, I’m Erin.
I’m a registered nurse, functional medicine nurse specialist, and health coach. I spent 29 years educating and caring for people during times of health and great need.
My own health changed the direction of that work. Despite 18 months of “clean” eating and daily exercise, I was dealing with injuries that would not heal and was diagnosed with prediabetes. I thought I was doing everything right—yet I was still moving toward chronic disease.
That wake-up call pushed me beyond surface-level advice. Through deeper study and practical changes, I improved my metabolic health and rediscovered energy, clarity, and hope. But I also saw something larger: women do not simply need more health information. We need strength for the lives we are called to live.
That conviction is becoming RISE UP Strength & Soul—a yearlong journey connecting physical wellness, spiritual growth, peace, purpose, and practical change.
I hold certifications as a Functional Medicine Nurse Specialist and Chronic Care Professional, along with a master’s degree in Clinical Informatics and Patient-Centered Technologies.
The Live So Well approach
Mind, body, and soul belong in the same conversation.
I blend clinical experience, functional-medicine principles, health education, faith, and compassionate coaching—without promising quick fixes or pretending one plan fits everyone.

Faith & purpose
Your health is a gift to steward—not a measure of your worth.
Faith does not guarantee a life without illness, and wellness should never become another source of guilt. My hope is to help you make wise, sustainable choices from a place of grace while trusting God with the larger story.
